What to Expect
New Practice Member
Health Profile
The first part of the process is filling out a short new practice member application. To serve new practice members best, we must learn about your health history and any past traumas or injuries that could contribute to your health concerns. The more information we have, the better we can apply specific care that is customized for you.
Office Tour
When you visit Limitless Chiropractic, we want you to feel at home. We will give you a tour of our office and let you know what to expect from chiropractic care. As you begin improving your health through chiropractic care, you’ll gain a better understanding of what principled chiropractic is and how your body responds to chiropractic adjustments. We welcome you to ask questions as we explain what we do and how it helps improve your health.
Consultation
Next, you will sit down for a one-on-one consultation with the Limitless Chiropractic staff. We will discuss your current health issues, goals for recovery, past health concerns, and we’ll review other questions and concerns you may have. We want you to be confident in the care we provide and to expect exceptional healthcare that is customized for your needs.
Chiropractic Assessments
Once we’ve reviewed your health history, we will perform a complete evaluation, evaluating the nervous system and supporting spinal muscles. Limitless Chiropractic always uses the most advanced technology and proven methods to ensure we get to the root of any problems. In this stage, we learn what area of the spine needs to be adjusted and where the pressure on the nervous system is, and then we determine the most effective method to correct the issue.
Diagnostic Imaging
After the initial examination, we take any necessary diagnostic imaging and postural x-rays to get an even more in-depth look at your skeletal system and confirm the preliminary diagnosis. Gaining access to the most detailed health information refines the chiropractic care you receive so that it is tailored to you and your individual goals.
Report of Findings
At a follow-up visit, the doctors will provide you with a detailed report of our findings and the results of the examinations. We will review the customized plan of corrective care and plan your adjustment schedule moving forward. We will also go over payment options and answer any questions you have about the next steps.
